Trojan Color Sealer

TROJAN COLOR SEALER is a non-toxic, non-caustic, non-flammable inert polyester polymer and special pigment formulation with no equal. It permanently waterproofs, colors and preserves with one easy application. (Normally with one coat at 200 sq. ft. per gallon.)

All foreign matter is cancerous to concrete and masonry. Foreign matter is any acid, alkali or oil found in the masonry or spilled on it (Such as lactic acid in milk, oil, alkali, chemicals, etc.) These cancerous substances imbed themselves in the masonry. Trojan Color Sealer applied to the masonry, concrete or stucco will penetrate and bind all component parts of the masonry into a more dense or solid mass. As the masonry increases in density it becomes waterproofed, resistant to acid, oil and grease. Trojan Color Sealer stops dusting, rutting & spalding This process will stop cracking, crumbling, seepage and pitting while increasing the density of the masonry. Trojan Color Sealer also increases the tensile strength of the concrete as it fills all the voids preventing any penetration of water or contaminants from the surface either horizontally or vertically. Trojan Color Sealer, is NOT a paint that can wear away. Instead it cures, waterproofs, colors and seals the masonry permanently. After treating the masonry with Trojan Color Sealer, no foreign substance can penetrate into the masonry and will stay on the surface where it can be washed off easily. All masonry treated with Trojan Color Sealer will stop disintegrating. You will no longer be able to remove a portion of the concrete surface by running your finger across the surface based on the fact that component parts of the masonry are solidified into one mass, rather than a billion independent particles.
All new Concrete, Masonry or Stucco: When applying any coating or sealer to new concrete slabs, walls or stucco under 12 months old (especially interior) you must wait at least 30-60 days for the concrete slab, wall or stucco to dry thoroughly. Then the pH reading should be taken to establish the pH. If it is above 10 then Envirosafe pH Reducer or Enviro Etch should be sprayed on and rinsed off and another pH reading taken. Repeat if necessary to achieve a pH reading of below 10 (The closer to 8, the better). All surface cleaning materials should be pressure washed off to remove completely. Apply in good weather when air and surface temperature are above 50° F. Temperature must remain above 40° F. for 24 hours after application to insure proper drying. For optimum application properties, materials should be between 70°- 80° F prior to application. Maintain unused material in closed containers in protected storage at 40°- 90° F. If concrete has a high sheen to it, it should first be cleaned with either Enviro Etch or Rust & Stain Remover to remove the shine. Trojan Color Sealer should NOT be applied to a hot surface as the heat may cause the Trojan Color Sealer to flash dry with an uneven coloring. Apply Trojan Color Sealer in the morning before the surface has had a chance to heat up or apply to areas in the shade or apply in the afternoon when temperatures have cooled off but not so late that there is a chance of dew falling on the wet surface. It is advised to pour 5-gallon pails of Trojan Color Sealer into another clean container several times to be certain that all the pigments are stirred off the bottom. While applying Trojan Color Sealer always maintain a “wet edge” so overlap marks will not be apparent. If you must stop during application, end at a joint or some other architectural feature. If none is available use blue painters tape to create a clean edge. Upon resuming application, re-mask the line so the tape is on the opposite side. This way there will not be any darker overlap marks.
