Rust & Stain Remover

is a one-of-a-kind fluid applied cleaner that removes ferrous oxide stains or rust from concrete & masonry surfaces without harm to the surface whether painted or not!
   
   
Rust/Stain Remover has a buffered acid with proprietary cleaning agents that emulsifies oil and grease and deep cleans concrete pours of ferrous oxide stains, commonly known as rust. Pour Rust/Stain Remover directly on top of an oil or rust stain and watch as within minutes the stain is bubbled out of the concrete or masonry surface. This prepares the concrete surface to be sealed with Trojan Masonry Sealer.

Also, Rust/Stain Remover can be used to spot treat an area and then blend together with NuLook Concrete and Masonry Cleaner which whitens concrete. If you are treating an area for a rust stain and based on the nature of the rust ( for instance radiator rust), you need to do multiple applications to try to get at the various levels of rust that have permeated the pores of the concrete surface.

Rust/Stain Remover does not whiten concrete or masonry surfaces like NuLook does. Manufacture recommends that after the alkali and salts are pulled to the surface, pressure wash and apply Trojan Masonry Sealer

When using Rust/Stain Remover always TEST any surface prior to the application process. Note: Always determine the aggregate of the concrete as a concrete slab may consist of iron shavings. Granted this may be an old type of aggregate but Rust/Stain Remover will try to pull the iron right out and possibly leave an orange stain.

In some instances should the area treated already have had a sealer applied that is beginning to fail or peel, Rust/Stain Remover may help to remove the rest of the sealer and prep the surface for Trojan Masonry Sealer.

Even though Rust/Stain Remover is environmentally safe that does not mean that these products should be taken lightly. Rust Stain Remover is a contractor grade product, therefore you should always practice safety precautions by using safety goggles, gloves and boots. Read all MSDS and Product information that is provided for you.

Clean all tools and equipment with soapy water immediately after use. Return unused product to container and replace lid tightly.
