Resflex Elastomeric
Roof Coating is
a high-build 100% acrylic emulsion waterproof roof coating designed for
application on asphalt, urethane foam and properly prepared metal roofs.
Resflex provides superior
protection from the suns' ultra-violet rays and is unequaled elasticity provides
protection and durability. Resflex
resists water penetration, is mildew resistant and bridges existing hair-line
cracks on the substrate during application as well as those that form after
application.

For use on residential,
commercial and industrial applications over asphalt shingles, cement tile,
polyurethane foam, concrete and properly prepared metal roof.
If used on shingles, they should first be cleaned with
Algae Mildew Cleaner and rinsed well with
water and allowed to dry.
Comes in White but may be tinted with #888 Universal Colorant
