Armor Coat Clear
A special modified clear acrylic coating specially formulated for application as a finish coating for most bare and/or painted floors as well as bare and/or painted masonry walls. Provides a hard and durable gloss finish that also seals, providing excellent wear, abrasion and moisture resistance and easier detergent cleaning.
For industrial, commercial and residential use on patios, decks, walkways, pool decks, ramps, entryways over stucco, masonry, cement block and concrete.
On New Concrete: When applying any coating or sealer to new concrete slabs, walls or stucco under 6 months old (especially interior) you must wait 30-60 days for the concrete to thoroughly cure and dry. Then a pH reading should be taken to establish the pH. If is is above 10 then Envirosafe pH Reducer should be sprayed onto the surface and then rinsed off and another pH reading taken. Repeat if necessary to achieve a pH reading of 10 or below. All surface cleaning materials should be pressure washed off to remove completely.
