Envirosafe's Elastomeric Exterior Wall Coating is an above grade coating designed to withstand wind driven rains up to 100 miles/hr. It has excellent salt resistance. Great for use near the beach. Elastomeric Wall Coating allows moisture vapors from within the structure to evaporate and escape through the membrane while being waterproof to wind driven rain. This is not a paint. This is a flexible acrylic coating.

This is a one component coating. It is thick and viscous and is intended to be used as it comes from the container. DO NOT THIN THIS MATERIAL!
Comes in white plus 10 colors. May be tinted with #888 Universal Colorant May be custom colored (with order of 50 gallons or more)
Soap and water clean-up
Manufacturer recommends that the surface first be sealed with penetrating Trojan Masonry Sealer
Theoretical Coverage: 1st Coat- 50-125 sq. ft./gallon
(depends on roughness of surface) 2nd Coat- 100-125 sq. ft./gallon. May be brushed, rolled or sprayed.
