Efflorescence Remover
is a fluid applied cleaner that removes efflorescence commonly referred to
as "White Scum" or calcium/lime build up and mortar stains on brick and
block. This product can be used on painted
surfaces with no harm to the surface

Efflorescence Remover
is water
soluble, non-toxic, non-flammable. This is a finished product, no mixing
necessary. Just spray on with a pump sprayer. Wait till "foam" appears. Foam
only appears when efflorescence is present. Wait 5-minutes. Re-apply as
necessary on heavy areas. Mechanically agitate and use a Turbo Tip
attachment for 3,000 psi pressure washer. Re-apply to areas where "foam"
appeared and continue to re-apply until foam no longer appears after
application. Pressure wash area completely. After surface is dry, apply
Trojan Masonry Sealer.
Clean all tools
and equipment with soapy water.
Efflorescence Remover is
available in 1-gallon bottles, 5-gallon pails, and 55-gallon drums.
Coverage varies based on the nature of
the efflorescence.
For the most part it will cover approximately 250 sq/ft. per gallon.
This house has calcium deposits from the irrigation system. The corner has
been cleaned with
Efflorescence Remover.
The owner went on to clean the rest of the house.
Even though Efflorescence
Remover is
environmentally safe -that
does not mean that this product should be taken lightly. This is
a contractor grade product, therefore when using Efflorescence
Remover you should always practice safety precautions by
